Privacy Policy

Effective August 10, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit inlura.com or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to serve you, we protect it, and we never sell it.

  1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Inlura (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit inlura.com, contact us, or use our services. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to run our business and deliver your website — nothing exotic, and we never sell your personal information.
  2. Information We Collect

Information you give us: when you request a quote, submit a contact or booking form, subscribe to updates, or create a client account, we collect details like your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the content of your message or project brief. Information collected automatically: like most websites, we collect basic usage data — pages visited, referring page, approximate region, browser and device type — through first-party analytics, along with technical logs needed to keep the site secure and reliable.
  3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries and provide quotes; deliver, maintain, and improve our services and client websites; process payments and manage subscriptions; send service communications (and marketing emails only where you have opted in — every one includes an unsubscribe link); understand how the site is used so we can improve it; and meet legal obligations.
  4. Cookies and Analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: essential cookies that make the site work (for example keeping you signed in to a client portal), and first-party analytics that help us understand site traffic in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect signed-in features.
  5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe’s handling of your information is described in Stripe’s own privacy policy.
  6. Service Providers

We share information only with the providers that make our services work — for example Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, databases, authentication), Stripe (payments), and email delivery providers — and only as needed to provide the service. These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  7. Text Messaging (SMS) and Your Mobile Information

When you give us your mobile number and opt in — on our contact, quote, or booking forms at inlura.com — you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Inlura. These may include appointment and quote confirmations and reminders, order and account notifications, replies from our team, and, where you have agreed, occasional updates about Inlura's own services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS opt-in and consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any purpose. We share only the minimum information needed with the service providers that help us send these messages (such as our SMS/telecommunications provider), and only so they can deliver the service on our behalf. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. This messaging program is operated by Inlura for its own customers and prospective customers; we do not send text messages on behalf of unrelated third parties.
  8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above: inquiry details for as long as the conversation or engagement is active plus a reasonable period, account and billing records for as long as your account exists and as required for tax and accounting, and analytics in aggregate form. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
  9. Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below — we will respond within a reasonable time.
  10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
  11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data in line with industry practice.
  12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will revise the effective date above when we do, and material changes may also be announced on the site. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
